Close proximity to Mayo Clinic-downtown restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are within walking distance. Two blocks in either direction puts you on the trail system. Public transit 1 ½ blocks away and a laundromat is ½ block away.This home provides everything you need for a stay in Rochester: fully furnished, all kitchen essentials and if there is something you need just ask and we can probably provide it! This home's two bedrooms sleep 4 people comfortably. There is also a “bonus” room with a queen size bed that can be used as a third bedroom .
