The first floor features an efficiency room with a queen bed, kitchen and bathroom; the second floor has a kitchen and living room that includes a queen murphy bed, washer and dryer, bathroom plus bedroom with one queen bed and one twin trundle; while the third floor boasts five twin beds plus one queen along with another full-size bathroom. The first and second floor can be accessed through outside doors only.
