Located in Guerneville, California, United States. Aloha Russian River Update! This is a quiet retreat and not a place for noisy parties. Noisy guests will be removed. Stars and sun! Dogs welcome. This home from 1947 sits on a large, private, sunny half-acre. There is another small rental cottage on the property with a year-round tenant who is very quiet and usually not there. The property is within walking distance to the Russian River and the town of Guerneville. Many upgrades have been made to the home while most of the original charm remains and there is a sunny deck with outdoor dining for six people. The large sunny front yard is a magical place to stroll and observe the many native plants, fruit trees and herbs. Note: due to the drought this year we will not be watering the grass. Behind the house is a woodland area with a giant olive tree and redwoods. There are several great, large sandy beaches nearby that only the locals know about (just ask).
