The bright, comfortable living room overlooks spacious lawns, and its mature trees and shrubs provide a lot of privacy in this residential part of town. The first floor master bedroom has a queen-size bed and is adjacent to the first floor bathroom which is equipped with washer, dryer, and full-sized tub/shower.
