Our home is situated in a wonderful family area that is 10 minute walk to 2 beautiful Cape Cod Bay beaches - Saints Landing and Mants Landing beaches - walk out on the flats for miles when the tide goes out. The house has been recently renovated throughout with an open and bright floor plan.The house is a perfect beach getaway for a family get together or two couples and their kids! Our house is 2300 square feet plus a 250 square foot screened in porch. The kitchen, living room, main bathroom and 3 bedrooms are on the main floor and and the studio style fourth bedroom a second living room are on the first floor.LIVING AREASSpend quality time together in the main living room, second living room or screened in porch. There are couches and 2 accent chairs in the living room, the kids can relax and watch movies on the large sectional couch and giant bean bag chair in the second living
