The main level is bright and open, with 3 bedrooms and two full baths, a sunroom with new tile floor, an updated kitchen (new granite counter tops, gas stove and dishwasher), a dining table that sits up to eight people, and a 42-inch color TV with blu-ray player. The screened-in porch has a double glider rocker, a cafe table with chairs, and three outdoor wicker chairs to relax on. The house sits on a larger lot with a wide lawn that kids can play ball on, throw the frisbee, etc. It's attractively decorated in a fun beach themed style. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds, and bedroom 1 has a wall-mounted TV; bedroom 3 has a twin trundle bed with memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, French press and hand and electric coffee grinders, blender, microwave, a good knife set, and all kitchen tools.Linens are provided for stays of 4 or more nights, and cleaning
