The property is rolling green hills, pastures and wooded areas. Miniature horses, donkeys and Alpacas wander freely and graze right around the cabins. They love people and are always up for petting and selfies. The cabins are individually themed and totally unique. Each has a large covered porch with seating and spacious views that make you feel like you are in a world of your own. Picnic tables scatter the area if you are ready for a picnic. Fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to cook and dine, or visit restaurants in Gilmer, Hawkins or Big Sandy. Linens and towels provided. The Family room has a TV that is only connected to a DVD player, DVDs, games, and books are provided for your enjoyment. No wifi but you won't miss it, most guests say is was a welcome break from technology. Instead, you can unplug and hike with the wandering donkeys
