Approx. 17 minute drive from downtown or a 5 minute boat ride from the resort docks. We have beach towels, chairs, sand toys, paddle board and a variety of floating toys to allow you to enjoy the water and beach to the fullest. Rent or bring your own boat and keep it at your reserved boat slip during your stay. Don't feel like cooking? There are many great restaurants just a short boat ride away. Property is a short drive to downtown CDA, CDA casino and a ton of hiking and recreation trails. The house is also a great home base for days trips to many of the surrounding areas and activities, including Ironman. Kitchen is
