Located in Forest, Louisiana, United States. Spacious/Private Basement Studio ***Reservations from May 4th-May 9th must at a minimum include those three evenings*** 500 sq ft. studio. Fully furnished smoke-free and pet-free studio with a queen bed, dining area to seat four, and comfortable living area with a 42" internet TV. Large bathroom with heated tile floor and large kitchenette to prepare meals. The kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee pot, induction cook top, crockpot, and large toaster oven. Fresh linens and towels provided. This apartment has its own entrance into our home and is completely private. Wifi, local TV, and Netflix are included. There is only one queen bed but an additional queen air mattress and linens are available on request.Guests will have access to a washer and dryer for stays longer than 5 nights.Guest Access:Guests will have access to private key-less entrance and designated parking area in our driveway.
