The legendary Five Points that is loaded with more boutiques, bars, and restaurants is less than 1 mile away. The UofSC and State Capital building is located less than 2 miles from the condo. Fort Jackson army base is an easy drive that is less than 5 miles away.The space:This cozy one bedroom and one bath condo has everything you need for any length stay in Columbia. As you open the door you are greeted with a full galley kitchen that is open to a small dining area and large living room that is perfect for watching some Gamecock football. Off the living room is a good sized bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and dedicated desk/workstation. Off the bedroom is a spacious walk-in closet that leads to a simple but functional bathroom. The washer a
