'Shangri-La' is a comfortable, spacious, two-story beach home sits one tier back from our gorgeous white sugar sand and emerald waters AND has PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS. This beach access is shared only with a few other homes on the street. Very private and very little traffic on street or on the short three minute stroll to the beach. **Please note that the access is only for guests staying at our home. There is ample room for large families. There are 3 king-size bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 twins (with twin trundles) and an additional bedroom with one double bed (with twin trundle) plus four and a half baths. Each level has its own living area, kitchen and dining table. Large wrap-around deck offers spectacular views and allows plenty of room for sunbathing, grilling, or catching a great sunset.Outside amenities also include great yard for kids to play, porch swing, outdoor shower, and grill.
