Our 2-Story condo is located in a peaceful community with stunning views overlooking lush gardens & community pool. Our condo is centrally located in Yuma with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, Parks & Trails and quick access to the Freeway.Please note: Pool is not heatedPlease follow the pool safety rules.Use pool at your own discretion. We are not responsible for issues regarding the pool being out of order or bathroom/shower not working properly.The HOA is who governs/maintains those areas.We as hosts are letting you know those are available however we are not sure how reliable they are.Please leave pool Key hanging from the ring, a $200 charge will be deducted for missing or damaged keys.Thank you!!
