The property is very relaxing and uniquely exciting at the same time directly on the fresh water canal. It is a beautiful pink octagon-shaped home with a spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom isolated on the 3rd floor with spectacular views of the gulf! Sunrise and sunset are amazing from atop this perch! There is freshwater access with a dock, complete with a ladder for swimming in the clear blue spring water, as well as separate steps to load up on kayaks or a paddleboard (located on the property for use). The kitchen, living room and both bedrooms have USB outlets for charging electronics. There is a queen bed in the master, full in the second bedroom, a pull out queen sofa, a twin size blow-up mattress and a playpen. There are two restaurants located on the canals to paddle too and access can be gained to the ocean
