In the winter, you are surrounded by snowmobile trails , cross country ski trail beginning at Fern Park which borders our property. You can park your snowmobile/sleds right on the property and hit the trails right from the property, with no hassles. Bring your tubes/sleds for downhill sledding …. We have 3 discs and 1 plastic sled ….It’s a very short walk to a hill to go sledding…. Also with lights for night time sledding. Don’t forget your ice skates to skate away literally right next door at fern park indoor skating rink. In the spring, summer and fall… the rink is converted to a full court basketball court and a pickleball court ( we have a set of pickleball paddles for you to use)
