This 1500 sq ft bayside home offers wonderful views of Galveston Bay and the wetlands for wildlife and bird viewing. Located in popular Terramar Beach Subdivision, it’s only a short drive to the beach. This home features a 42 in flat screen TV in the living room, hardwood floors and updated furniture throughout the home. The family friendly neighborhood offers a community swimming pool that you will have access to during your stay at Sandy Hook. Please note, the pool is open seasonally during the summer months. (May - September). After a day of fun in the sun, enjoy the downstairs area perfect for grilling dinner, entertaining or watching the beautiful Galveston sunsets. Dogs are welcome at Sandy Hook and require an additional $100 non-refundable fee per dog. There is a limit of two (2) dogs at a combined weight limit of 50lbs.
