The whole property is gated off and there is a separate dog run area with an outdoor shower.Pool heating fee is $100/night and must be reserved for the duration of the stay. Pet Fee: First pet is $45/night, every pet after that is $25/night.The property has a recommended maximum of 16 guests, however the nightly rate includes 10 guests. For additional guests above 10 there is an additional fee of $35/night/guest. This is automatically calculated into the price during booking and reflected in the total cost if you put in the correct number of guests.I
