We look forward to serving you.JULY & AUGUST NOTICE: We are currently having unseasonably hot temps in Eureka. Even though we have new HVAC and new insulation, our 130 year-old building really struggles when the Temps get over 90. During the day, this unit will probably not cool down below 75 when the temps outside climb to 95 or higher. It typically does cool down to 70 in the evening. Our rates for July and August reflect a discounted price because of this issue. Be sure to keep the blinds closed to help keep the sun out.
