It sleeps six people (2 sets of twin bunk beds and a queen bed), but could accommodate up to 8 people if you pull out the blowup mattress that we've left in the closet. There is a large upper deck, a lower patio, a big yard space down by the water, and a private pier at the lake for you to enjoy.
