Since my wife and I took ownership we rebuild the home and added a foundation, an addition, it was quite an undertaking trying to preserve the look of the neighborhood. With the help of a wonderful builder and designer/architect together we have made a fantastic home that dreams are made of. The home has 3+ generous size bedrooms all with large full private bathrooms, Fully central air conditioned , 2 of the bedrooms are located on the second floor, the Master bedroom on the second floor also has a private deck with fantastic water views, the second bedroom on the 2nd floor has water views, 1 bedroom is located on the first floor with a private large full size bathroom and private Epi wood deck and wonderful water views.
