Doc's getaway cabin is approximately 30 minutes south of Carbondale Illinois and 25 minutes East of Cape Girardeau Missouri, Historic Downtown Cape.The Cabin overlooks a 6 acre lake where you will enjoy the spectacular lake view from our front screened in porch or Hot Tub. We also have built a stone patio with fire pit and seating.Our cabin sits next to the Shawnee National Forest
