Entering the Lookout, you step onto new slate flooring and then onto the new luxury vinyl planking in the main living area. The main room has an overstuffed leather sofa, rocking chair, a 50" HDTV, and a DVD player. A king-sized bed, dresser, and closet are at the end of the spacious main room. A ladder takes you up to the loft to a queen bed and a bird's-eye view of the room below. Outside, a short walk down the paved sidewalk takes you to your own private dock and swimming platform.The Lookout has a completely furnished kitchen with a full-sized dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, drawers, cabinets, pantry, and a table for four.
