There are wonderful restaurants nearby in Mound, Spring Park, Wayzata, Tonka Bay, and Excelsior. There are recreational areas and walking trails nearby such as the Dakota Rail Trail, which are well maintained and safe paths across the road for walking, biking, and hiking. The house has four large rooms with a great view of the lake and greenery, and the view across the lake is almost completely free of houses or manmade structures. In addition, there is a spacious patio deck that accommodates about 10-12 people for dinner or relaxing time. The backyard is wide enough to host events for about 80 people for a special event with a walkout dock to the lake.
