Traditional, Charming Wellfleet Cottage (1636) This charming and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage is located on Chequessett Neck Road and is a short walk from Powers Landing, a lovely bayside beach. The cottage, an addition to the antique family home, echoes the traditional Cape style. (The main house has a separate entrance as well as separate outdoor area and is used sporadically by various family members during the summer.) On the main floor of the cottage is a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table and sliders to the deck, one bedroom with 2 twins (New in 2017) and a full bath off the hallway. On the second floor is a large bedroom with one queen bed (New in 2020) and one twin bed and a half bath. It is less than a mile to the center of town, pleasant bike ride or walk, and 10 minutes or so by car to the ponds and ocean beaches. In 2016 the hardwood floors were refinished, a new dishwasher was installed and a new BBQ was added. Non-refundable $250.00
