We just had all the carpet in the downstairs living spaces removed and installed beautiful tile. All trim in the living areas has been updated as well. Kitchen appliances have all been upgraded to stainless steel and cabinets recently painted with new hardware. An Italian induction and convection range (Bertazzoni) was installed in 2022. It is AMAZING to cook on and bake with. McCall is such a beautiful town full of adventure. Enjoy Lake Payette, Brundage Ski Resort, hiking, biking and much more! Our townhouse backs up to the golf course (4th hole). It is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed plus a daybed with a trundle, the downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and the additional upstairs bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed.
