With 2,500 sqft of living space 3 story lake front condo with the most relaxing lake views, you are sure to come back! Enjoy golfing, tennis, boating, swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding in your backyard. Watch those afternoon thunderstorms roll in across the lake while you watch a movie or play games inside. The lake front condo has everything you could need to include the Keurig Duo coffee maker, so you can fully enjoy the morning sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. There are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the condo and plenty of guest parking up the street. We have keyless entry, Ring doorbell/camera, and Nest temperature control. Many neighbors live here full time, out of respect for them we must, NO PARTIES and there is a 10pm noise ordinance, failure to follow will result in $500 charge.
