Fold up chairs and fishing poles and some tackle provided for convenience. Enjoy family fun on the oversized common grassy area. Corn hole game, ladder game, floats with an inflater, all provided to ensure your stay is full of family memories! Two private pools for residents and guests of April Point South community just steps away. APRIL SOUND MARINA IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. YOU MUST LAUNCH YOUR BOAT AT A PUBLIC BOAT RAMP.
