Located in Otter Rock, Oregon, United States. Tiki of the Pines Private Ocean Access A-Frame Tiki of the Pines is a small, 1969 A-Frame in the small oceanfront community of the Alpine Chalets. We are set in a forested, high-bank oceanfront 7-Acre setting at Otter Rock, along with 10 other privately owned chalets. The community shares a private path with access to the best surfing beach in the area! Restored to a 1969 vibe, fans of vintage A-Frame villages, surfers, and free spirits will love this spot. We won't be in your space during your stay, but are often nearby and have staff who can help in the event of an emergency. There is a groundskeeper (Lance) who lives full time on the Alpine Chalets property, in the event of emergency or security issues. Otter Rock is a small community along the "Otter Crest Loop" a beautiful, scenic section of historic Highway 101 between Newport and Depoe Bay, Oregon.
