If you’re looking for a peaceful setting on the river that’s close to nearby springs, then this is the place for you. Private boat dock, deck and fenced yard makes this a perfect weekend getaway. This is truly our slice of paradise and we hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do. Please read ALL the rules. So there are no surprises here are the fees we charge: $80 cleaning fee, $250 per person per day for non-approved guests, $500 per pet. We welcome guests with boats (depending on length) or jet skis however there will be a $50 per day trailer fee.
