Built in 1874, this house was the original Nye farmhouse for the property that now encompasses the Tockwotten Cove and Pond Shore summer communities. The house has remained in the same family for the past hundred years and is offered selectively for short-term summer rental. The other two dwellings on the compound are not available for rent.
