Located in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, United States. “Perfect Family Beach House” My beach house is located exactly 2 miles to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Charlestown. The house is nestled in a lovely low traffic residential area. Consisting of 3 bedrooms. A kingsize bed, a queen size bed and a set of bunks. There is a lovely cozy sitting room, laundry room and large eat in kitchen. Newly renovated kitchen. A fenced in yard with an outdoor shower, bbq and patio set. The house has air conditioning, TV and cable. Beach pass for Shelter Cove Marina. Beach chairs included. Bed linens and towels NOT provided. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably. I allow one dog. Saturday to Saturday only June 25 to September .3
