Quonochontaug Tree House-QEBA Access and Ninigret Pond access Quaint summer cottage with access to both Ninigret Pond and the Atlantic Ocean at QEBA beach (Beach pass included). The " Tree House" cottage is located between US-1 and East Beach on the east side of East Beach Road in Quonochontaug, Rhode Island. Cottage has a unique upstairs living room that opens up into the branches of an adjacent large Maple tree. Hence the name "Tree House". Kayaks are available for use in the salt water pond or bring your own kayak or paddle board. Cottage was built in the early 1900's kitchen and bath have been beautifully updated. Upstairs remains authentic, original wainscoting walls and tongue and grooved ceiling. Delightful covered outdoor patio, perfect for relaxing, watching the birds and grilling out. We have kayaks on the property which can be used in the salt water pond, just a short walk down the path. This is also is a great area to bicycle around if you choose to bring your bike
