This is a brand new home in the Summercamp Beach community and includes access to the Resort-style Clubhouse/Pool as well as two miles of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax.This brand new home features four bedrooms in the main house, each one with a queen-sized bed. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the main house. The main house sleeps a total of 12. The carriage house features one bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed and a game room/living room with two sleeper sofas. Six can sleep in the carriage house. The gated resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and outdoor dining space.
