Plenty of outdoor furniture including two hammocks, Adirondack chairs and loveseat with fire-pit coffee table. Mermaid corn hole boards for fun. It’s nice and cool under the house. We do have good AC. The beach is soft and sandy. It’s not a swimming beach, but the fishing is amazing right out front and we do have a few rods and reels and basic tackle to use during your stay.
