You'll have a carport to park under (sorry the garage is unavailable), a furnished deck, two queen size beds, a complete kitchen, washer/dryer. The view from the living room window is of an oak forest that feels like a park. Located close to freeway, grocery store, and restaurants. There are amazing wineries for tasting and many rafting companies for adventures on the American river. We're happy to allow a dog, but our property is not fenced so keep in mind you'll need to plan to keep your dog with you.
