Located in Bryant, Washington, United States. hoot owl · NO SUNDAY CHECK IN , GREAT VIEW-hot tub HOOT OWL we are grant summit cabins and have 9 cabins on the property in a gated community. we built the cabins ourselves and manage them also. beautiful landscape and concrete drive into the area. we started building in 2011 and have built according to demand. i have always turned down several families so i kept building . the area is not crowded and the views are great. we live 5 miles from property so we are not far away if you have a problem of any sort.large front deck with full view of valley, your own private hot tub ,firepit, and picnic area. 2 bedrooms with 1 and half bath, wifi , dish. there is a cabin on each side of this cabin. full kitcheni live 5 miles from property so we can respond to any needs .it is gated community and we own the entire property . we do not allow partiesNO PETS- tenants will be evicted with no refund!NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (including vaping & cigars) INSIDE, if you must smoke please do so outside with
