Minutes away from EHP Resort and Gardiner Bay. By car, EH downtown 10 min, Amagansett 15 min, and Montauk 25 min.Multiple beaches available within 20 min drive. No beach pass required to use, but each beach has its own rules regarding seasonal parking passes. A few do offer daily parking rates. Large deck equip with fire-pit, outdoor table with seating for 10, and 2 couches. Right off the deck are 4 lounge chairs and daybed adjacent to pool.Please note we are in a heavily wooded area and while we have weekly landscaping and pool cleaning, we cannot control weather conditions and their impact on the external factors of our home.
