The coziest 120 sq ft on the bottom and an even cozier sleeping loft on top. 850 sq ft enclosed private deck with daybed for stargazing, chairs, dining table and an outdoor kitchen and bathroom. Shared pool and hot tub on property. Located near the main house where there are chickens, dragon fruit farm and loads of other garden delights to enjoy. 2 guests max, no children under 12.The spaceThis is a 12x10 tiny house (120') with a very cozy sleeping loft and an electric fireplace in the living room. There is an outdoor kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has an air fryer/toaster oven, a one burner cooktop and an electric grill, so it's not gourmet, but great for cooking simple meals. There is a small fridge. There is an 850' deck that is very private. It is located near our chicken coop and dragon fruit farm and is also near the main house on the prop
