WE ARE LOCATED ON THE BEST SECTION OF THE BEACH AND 1/2 MILE NORTH OF THE STATE PARK AND 1/2 MILE SOUTH OF RESTAURANTS AND NIGHT LIFE. WE GET LOTS OF SHELLS AND FOSSIL SHARKS TEETH WASHING IN DAILY. FREE ISLAND SHUTTLE! ***WATCH MY VIDEO!*** A little about the Beach Cottage. It is the original home on the property and sits independent on a large double lot next to the 3/1 Beach House. Both are private and are in a excellent location being 60 Steps from the beach (150 feet ). It is very private and unique because of the location and all of the landscaping. We purchased the house several years ago from a local artist who had it for 32 years and have renovated it back to a house from an art studio the prior owner made it into. It has all been upgraded to to the quality of a new home but we restored all of the cypress and terrazzo to keep it's Old Florida Beach House
