The similarly furnished guest studio/cottage over the detached garage has an additional suite with a queen bed, kitchenette and full bath along with a private entrance - perfect for a second couple, grandparent(s) or caregiver. Both buildings have central air conditioning. Between the two is a lovely private yard with a spacious patio for relaxing and outdoor dining. There's a Weber gas grill and expansive teak table that seats eight.
