The four bedrooms are setup in different configurations to meet the unique needs of your group. In total 16 people can sleep in beds - in addition to the bed arrangements there are also 4 couches and a full mattress under one of the bunk beds in the basement. Through the properties HOA you have access to a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a large grassy green area & extra parking (for cars/Trailers/boats) - all within walking distance of the townhome. The marina is right across the street which makes onboarding/offboarding a boat very easy. Our kids also like feeding the big fish in front of the marina store at the docks. There is also a 26 mile bike/jogging trail that runs in front of the property which makes exercising or a family stroll very easy and inviting. The unit is setup as a plug and play to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay
