Lovely, comfortable home and yard, about a 5 minute walk to 7 mile beach.( about 2 blocks from beach). One block from Amtrak, Pier, Restaurants, Shopping, Park, Children's Playground, Tennis and Basketball courts, great restaurants and shopping. Fenced lawn area, lovely perennial gardens, and outdoor spa tub and firepit creates a relaxing and private back yard oasis. Beautiful 7 mile beach. Come relax and unwind.
