This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and is a short walk to the “center” (amusement park, arcade, restaurants, and shops). Walk for miles on the sandy beach or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys. At the ground level there is a full entertainment restaurant with live bands on the weekends during the off season and mostly every day outside during the peak season with the weather permitting.
