Although this is the only house on the top of a hill amid 60 acres of preserved land, we're only five minutes from the grocery stores and about 10 to the park entrance. The views are incredible: first, you can see all of Twenytnine Palms and Highway 62 a mile away. Then, 30 miles to the west, the tallest mountain in southern California, Mt
