The house sleeps up to 16 people. The unit comprises of 5 Bedrooms and sleeping places. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Windows throughout overlook Lake Missaukee and the picturesque landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, as well as dishes and silverware. There is plenty of space to park cars/ boat trailers on the opposite side of the street from the home. There is plenty of outdoor space to spend time with family and friends! There is a large deck overlooking the lake with views of the most beautiful sunrises, a bonfire pit right near the water, and 75 ft of lakefront. A pontoon boat is available for rental (please contact us if interested). For those with their own boats/ jet skis, there is a boat launch in Lake City. We have plenty of room to park boats in the water near the house. There is a volleyball net
