This is a RARE single-family home, not a townhouse, duplex, triplex or condo, close to the beach and river with a private pool and relaxing hot tub (very rare & you will love it in the winter!). Meyer Lemon and Key Lime trees growing in the yard. Help yourself! The entire house, pool and property are yours, nothing to share. This home is pet-free and allergy-friendly. It is our family's second home, so we only rent for a few months per year. It is super clean. Not a typical rental. (We are also not eligible to be a "Premier Host" due to the few rentals per year.)
