Welcome to the North Country! ***Winter Booking Advisory***Winter in the north country can be VERY cold/windy with extreme amounts of snowfall at times. A true winter lover's paradise but it can catch you off guard if you're not familiar with it. If you are looking to enjoy this beautiful season at our home please be aware of the following before booking in December-April:- Our driveway is paved but steep. It is necessary to have good all season tires/snow tires. - We have a plowman who takes care of the driveway after each storm but there is a chance that guests might arrive before he has had a chance to plow. Be prepared to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up if necessary. - We leave a shovel out for clearing the entryways... the doors could be covered in a few feet of snowfall at times. -We have a wood stove for added head/ambiance in the winter months.
