This multi-level home offers plenty of space for everyone in the party to have plenty of room, while all still being together. This home is located on a quiet residential street, this home is a block from the beach - a short 8 min walk or rent a golf cart, this is a golf cart friendly neighborhood. We have converted the garage into the ultimate game room - guests will enjoy the pool table, dart board, electronic basketball game & Air Hockey table. This property is dog friendly. We allow 1 dog under 25 pounds. No cats or puppies. If you are bringing a dog under 25 pounds a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be requested.
