Located in Worthington, Pennsylvania, United States. A simple kind of paradise The house is perched on a slope over a pond on 10 acres with a dirt road in the front and conservation land in the back. While it is quiet it is not entirely remote: our home is close to the center of the town of Worthington in the Berkshires, 30 min from Northampton, 2 hours from Boston and 3.5 from New York City. Nested in nature, the property abuts looping trails that will take you through the woods from green lush summer to multi color fall, to winter when snow covers the hills. You can actually ski out the back onto to what used to be cross country trails, most of which are still skiiable. This is a mountain wetland and the Fall season with the diversity of trees and strident colors is particularly spectacular. The house is a comfortable, rustic farm house with all the necessary amenities (heating system, dishwasher, laundry washer/dryer, smart TV, broad band WIFI internet, etc.).
