Second bath in hallway (tub) has a washer and dryer. The "Great Room" includes a large living area with a 37" HDTV, dining area that seats 6, breakfast bar in kitchen area that seats 3, and a well equipped kitchen for cooking "in". A Weber charcoal grille is located outside. The wraparound deck faces south and east and has morning and late afternoon shade (east side) and sun for most of the day (south side).
