We have over an acre of property and 600’ of water frontage and our own boat ramp. The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, and 2 living rooms - one of which will be a dedicated kids area and game room with ping pong table, large screen TV, and games. There is a very unique private bar setup Florabama style (add your dollar bill to the wall!) off the aft deck with ship deck doors. There is lots of outside porch and deck space with plenty of sitting areas as well as 2 fire pits (s’mores anyone?!). Please do not leave fire unattended and extinguish when done.
